All rehearsals are at the Central Hall between 7:30-10pm. Doors usually open from 7pm. 

Fee schedule: 

The Coventry City of Culture Orchestra charge an annual membership fee. Recognising that not everyone is able to pay up-front, so there is also an option to pay in monthly instalments. This does require a little more administration time and card processing fees, so this will be slightly more expensive overall so that it works out at the same input to the Orchestra. Annual fees will be due on the 1st September so we can accurately budget for the coming year. Monthly payments will be due on the first of every month, starting in September. 

Payment of fees: 

We can accept bank transfers or card payments for the annual payment, but it will have to be card or PayPal payments only if on the monthly schedule. Up-front payments are obviously more convenient from a budgeting and cash flow perspective, but we are trying to remove as many barriers to membership in this regard. 

Annual fees are made payable by bank transfer or card/apple pay/google pay by booking a 'ticket' to the term on this page. (This was the most effective way to process card payments on the website!)

Any card payment also incurs a processing charge which is calculated per transaction. 

The £10 surcharge for new members covers the cost of the embroidered polo shirt for performances which is yours to keep!
